Mye for pengene
Tilbrakte noen netter her på ferie, delte rom med en venn. Veldig fornøyd med det vi fikk for pengene. Vi betalte ikke så mye, men fikk et rent og pent rom (eneste minuset var at det ikke var vindu på rommet). Frokosten var helt grei, ikke det helt store utvalget, men greit for prisen. Det beste var området- Det meste var innen gåavstand.

I enjoyed my stay, it was convenient, inexpensive, room was a good size especially in Asia, rooms cleaned timely daily, buffet breakfast had items you could order and they make it on the spot for you. Their staff were friendly too, reception would smile at you and say hi, Philip always greeted you with a smile opening the door and Tammy made a great omlette and Vietnamese iced coffee 😊

コストパフォーマンス抜群 部屋もしっかりして窓もある。 朝食も品数は少ないが非常においしい。 どこに行くのも近いのでオススメホテルです。 水圧が弱いが暖かいお湯は出る。 ティッシュペーパーが無いのは残念。

Nous avons opté pour le White Lotus Hotel qui plus calme que d'autres hôtels en plein centre tre de Saigon. Arrivés avec un grab, Philip nous attendait et a été très gentil et présent durant notre séjour. L'accueil par Rose a été très agréable. Nous remercions également Tina, qui est venue faire notre chambre malgré nos départs tardifs. Petit déjeuner sympa, peu varié mais suffisant. Œufs en différentes façons, c'était vraiment bien.

This is a nice hotel with winderful staff. Mr. Phillip, our doorman was akways there to help us with our luggages. Ms. Rose was helpful and attentive with our check in . Ms. Teresa kept our room clean each day with housekeeping. We had great breakast every morning and Ms. Lindy and Ms. Tammy provided us with delicious food and amazing service.

Room was not the same as the photos. First room we got had mould in bathroom and smelt. Got moved to a smaller room for one night which was terrible. Hot water not working, bed uncomfortable. So many nicer looking hotels to stay in the area.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel.. Grace has exceptional English and I was very impressed with how much she went above and beyond for me to ensure my stay was pleasant. Grace also helped me find my phone that I had left behind and and delivered to me the very next day. She is truly a blessing to your team and white Lotus you are very lucky to have her.

Convenient location within district 1, there are bus stops within 10-15 min walking for airport shuttle. The breakfast was good as well.

This is the 3rd hotel I stayed at in Saigon and it’s the one I decided to base. The location is great, not super noisy like down by walking street, lots of good food in the area, especially in Japan town which is a short walk. Also Iberico up the street. Staff here has been always helpful. My cleaning lady, Victoria got a stain out of my gym shirt that cleaning services never could. She is a gift to the hotel. I booked the larger room with tub, two shower areas and nice windows to the street with king bed. All very comfortable. For the price it can’t be beat!!

Loved my stay
Amazing and friendly staff. Their service was better than some other 3.5 star hotels I've stayed at before. I felt comfortable staying in my room or in the lobby when bored. Rooms were more comfortable than i had expected too.

Should give it a try
This hotel is good in general, the room is spacious, location is convenient for walking or eating around. The breakfast is not good enough, maybe due to COVID so they don't have many different dishes for guests to try.

フロント対応が悪い
部屋は綺麗で明るくとても良かったのですが朝食はビュッフェではなくフォーしかなかったのが残念。さらにチェックアウトの際に支払いに関してトラブル発生し対応が非常に良くない。フロントがボーイしかいなく良くわかっていない様子、さかんにどこかに電話して聞いている始末。良かったら次回も使おうと思っていたがもうここは来ない。

My stay was good except that I booked a room for two people and because my girlfriend is a Vietnamese lady they charged an extra $10 for her to enter the hotel which I thought was unfair and also made her feel like she was a prostitute. I moved to a different hotel and they did not charge any extra because she was Vietnamese
