Great location
The location of the hotel is great! Close to shops, restaurants, bus stations etc. Easy to find with bus from the airport. Negative was paper thin walls, you could hear everything in the room next door as well as in the hallway. Very simple breakfast.

Midt i den travle Ho Chi Minh byen!
Vi søkte oss til en "city-center" opplevelse - og det fikk vi. Saigon Kiko Hotel var et rent, nytt og greit alternativ for dette formålet. Trafikk-støyen var ikke spesielt sjenerende og andre gjester på hotellet var av den rolige typen. Mange interessante mål innen (til dels litt lang) gangavstand. Rimlig taxi'er alltid tilgjengelig. Greit å ta seg til flyplassen med taxi … selv om det var busser like i nærheten (fristet ikke i mylderet og heten - med litt bagasje).

The location is walkable and service is good. The good thing for park view room is bright, however it's not for the people who're looking for quit space, because the noise from travel shuttle buses and the motorcycle can easily wake you up in the early morning.

We love that the hotel was very clean. We didn't like the breakfast,the quality and the limited variety of items. They not even offered Pho. Coffee was bad. Although breakfast was included we stop by ONLY one time and ate breakfast somewhere else. I will select the NO BREAKFAST optiob next time

カードで支払うと、手数料を取られるホテル
部屋は写真と違い、本当に狭い。 この狭さでこの料金は高すぎる。 朝食のメニューも品数も少ない。 レイトチェックアウトをしたら、提示金額が違い、極めつけは、カードで支払うと手数料がかかる。　街場の飲み屋ならば理解もするが、ホテルがこれでは最低と言うしかない。 スタッフは悪くない。　ホテルのマネージメントに大問題があるホテル。ホテルポリシーだからと頑張ったフロントのスタッフがかわいそうだ。

One of the cleaner hotels in the city for the price. Only annoying thing was having 1 key for a 4 person bedroom.. thus, we constantly had to ask front desk to take us up to the room if we left the rooms at different times ..

Small room and hotel, not like the photos show on the website. Good service. The frontage has a sewage drainage so it’s really smells and too crowded with motor bikes and street food. Overall it a ok hotel for the price.

사이공 여행자거리의 편리함을 누리면서도 어느정도 조용한 곳을 원하면 추천 이 정도 가격에 적당한 조식 깔끔한 방 여행자거리인접 공항가는 버스 걸어서 대부분 주요 여행지 걸어서 가능 호텔 자체도 친절하고 디파짓 요구도 없음 불편사항발생시 즉각적으로 도와주심 여러가지로 만족 다시 가더라도 또 갈 의향 100프로 바로 앞 공원도 훌륭함 공원에 있는 푸드코트도 꽤나 괜찮음 신투어 걸어서 3분 거리. 아침 투어갈 따. 투어 끝나치고 호텔로 돌아오기에도 최고의 위치. 주변 빨래서비스들 1키로에 40k동. 만족 만족

Rude staff members from the moment we checked in, while having breakfast staff are also eating breakfast and busy on Facebook and rude when you interrupt ask for help. Safe in room is very unsafe anyone could literally carry the safe in one hand and take it away. Will never recommend specially if you’re travelling with your family with young children.

Good hotel in this location
Good breakfast with a nice variety of menu items. Very comfortable bed. Room was a bit small with a queen size bed. Last two hooks of the curtain was dangling so it was difficult to close. Bathroom door had to be closed to have complete access to the sink. Shower stall needs a small shelf for setting down personal items such as your shampoo and glasses. A soap dish would also be handy to have. No garbage can or luggage stand in the room. Overall, still a good room and location despite these minor issues.
