DON’T FALL FOR THE PICTURES! This listing is a complete bait and switch. The photos they share on their listing do not match the property. This listing is for “Vinhomes”, the condo/apartments neighboring Landmark 81, not the actual Landmark itself. The unit my family and I booked was for a 3 bedroom(for 3 weeks), and when we first arrived they assigned us to a very dirty unkept 2 bedroom. Due to the inconvenience, they promised to give us 20% back on our deposit, which they never returned. During our 3 week stay, they only reached out once to see if we needed a room cleaning. We washed our own towels, took out our own trash(daily), because bugs easily find their way in, and even saw a mouse in the shower. The pool is outdoor and none of the amenities were communicated on how to access. The surrounding area is a good neighborhood to be in for Ho Chi Minh and safe to be around. But don’t be scammed into booking this property for what they offer at the price they do.

a really great stay here! wonderful location that is near to everything but really quiet at the same time. beautifully and practically decorated. Phuong is a really great host, very responsive and had wonderful recommendations. having access to the washing machine and dryer is also a lifesaver would recommend to anyone going to Ho Chi Minh :)

It’s very nice and comfortable place to stay we had thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host is a wonderful person. He was always there to help us out on any matter. The apartment is nice and located in a good safe location. I would recommend everyone to give it a try whenever you get a chance to visit Ho Chi Minh thank you.

Great location and the service from the staff was outstanding. Whenever I needed something or had any questions, the response time was instantly. The Apartment was spacious and great value for your money. There was always a front desk receptionist and security guard at the front gate 24/7 if safety was your concern. Everyone who works there are so nice and friendly. Lots of places to eat nearby as well. You will not be disappointed!

Nice view and a great spot for short layovers! My boyfriend and I were looking for a comfortable place with all the amenities to spend our 12-hour transit, and this was the ideal choice. The room was tidy and beautifully decorated.

Very difficult check in process - was requested multiple times to pay in cash only and when I refused they told me there was issues with their credit card machine and again asked for cash which was large sum and seemed very unprofessional. I was eventually able to pay via credit, but was made to feel very uncomfortable about it. Rooms look nothing like the pictures with very dated and worn furniture. Rooms were clean, no issues there. Building located in a nice area! We booked multiple rooms for a family trip and the building keys only allow you to take the elevator to the floors you are staying on which was inconvenient when wanting to visit or get something from one another however this wouldn’t be N issue for solo room bookings

Phuong’s place truly felt like a home away from home! Everything matched the listing and reviews perfectly. He was super friendly and helpful, and the apartment had everything I needed like toiletries, a mini portable heater, plenty of blankets. And it was so cozy.

For starters, our apartment looked nothing like the pictures & NOTHING about our apartment was luxury!! It was about 2am local time when i arrived at the Landmark 6 building. Upon arrival at the unit the door code I was given did not work after multiple tries. Contacted host & they sent security to help. Security was on the phone with the host & was able to change the code. After about 45 min of waiting, I was able to enter the apartment. The apartment was very hot & I tried to get the air conditioning working in all rooms but wouldn't turn on. Contacted host & host did not respond for the rest of the evening. After a long day of traveling from Hawaii, I was tired & was forced to go to bed without air-conditioning for the night. The next day contacted host again about air-conditioning & a maintenence worker was sent. Turns out the breaker for the AC was off. Super Frustrating! Cable box hanging to the floor in main bedroom. Bedding, bath towels, bathmats were CHEAP! Amenties? Amenties were trash! ONE half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, that was it! Shampoo & Body wash was left 1/4 full, no conditioner. I had to buy toilet paper, handtowels, shampoo/conditfrom Winmart! No shelves in shower to hold products. I bought bathmats too because they were gross. For the last 2 nights of our stay, one shower was running brown dirty water! Not sure if it was just my host/apartment, but I would not recommend staying here nor would I ever consider staying at this property again!

Literally said “wow” when I stepped inside seeing how cute the room is. Lovely interior, great amenities and a huge window which gives awesome lighting. In a great area in Saigon, quick taxi or scooter to the main areas. Great building with good security, gym and pool available to use. Great value for money! phuong was available to help at any time of the day

Communication with the owner and property manager was super tough and unresponsive. And to top it off, they asked for a 500,000 Vietnamese Dong security deposit! My husband spent most of our sightseeing time on the phone trying to figure out how to get our money back in exchange for returning the room key. What a nightmare!

The room was not what the pictures showed. It is simply a vinhome, not one of the Landmark 81 apartments. Also, the staff didn't have our rooms ready and made us stand on the sidewalk while we waited for our room. Lastly, the worst part of all, I booked three 3 bedroom suites (total of 18 ppl) and they canceled one on me and said it was an Expedia app glitch. They tried to convince me to cancel the whole reservation and I said no. Then they forced me to rent 2 other 2 bedroom units at an expensive rate, and of course I had to, as all 18 of us had already arrived. I felt helpless throughout the whole check in process and would not book again with this listing
