Check in didn’t work out since we arrived 10 minutes late. Their hours of check in was until 11pm. We tried calling at 9:40pm from the airport due to long lines at immigration , however, the call kept dropping and they didn’t respond to Expedia chat forum. Upon arrival, we had security contact them and they said room was sold out. We questioned it due to already having a confirmed booking but no success. We had to book another room for the night.
The 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms looked nothing like the pictures. Place was not kept up and not clean for my price but acceptable for hostel cost. Shower pressure was never warner than lukewarm and shower pressure was equivalent to a portable camping shower bag. One of the showers was difficult to get into. They installed the door to swing in. Once in, unless you were stick thin, you would have to press your naked body against the not so clean shower to close shower door. For a 6 day stay, they only provide 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in master bathroom and 1 1/2 roll of toilet paper in the guest bathroom. When I asked property for more they said to wait, on 3rd inquiry, they told me to buy it myself. We are not asking much but 1/2 a roll isn’t sufficient per person for a week unless you skip popping.
