The day before check-in, we tried to reach the staff through expedia, text, and whatsapp message to get any special check-in instructions but did not get a response even after several hours. Finally, they answered after calling, and said just show up to the property, asked what time we'll be there, and immediately hung up. When we showed up, the address is of mulitple buildings, but it's not clear where to go. We tried to call, but were told they couldn't understand us (at which point they just immediately hang up). We got the cab driver to call for us in case it was an issue with the phone, and were told it was the wrong number. My wife also tried to speak to them since she's a native Vietnamese speaker from the city, and they just said they couldn't understand her and hung up. Further attempts to reach the number went unanswered. After spending some more time trying to figure out where to go asking the locals (no one could direct us), my wife started crying by the side of the road as we were stranded with all our bags and two young children with nowhere to sleep. Finally, we gave up and booked somewhere else. If this is legitimate, the communication is very bad especially at this price point.
