Be aware!
Be aware of the strictly enforced policy of not allowing couples who are not married to stay in the same room. My girlfriend came to visit me the night I arrived, and was turned away by the front desk. They then proceeded to inform me of the rules and stated, dishonestly, that all hotels in the area enforce such rules. To add to it, they kept answering phone calls while we were having this “conversation,” which was very unprofessional and quite rude. I found a new hotel the very next day! I supposed the hotel was quite pleased as I had already paid for 7 nights, but used only 1. It should be mentioned that there was a disclaimer in the booking, stating stat they “may not” permit unmarried couple to stay together. As this is such a big factor when booking a room, it should have been made much more visible during the booking process, and be worded as an absolute condition. When I made the booking, my impression was that this clause wasn’t actually enforced

Rett ved Benh Than markede,veldig mange muligheter til å shoppe eller spise mat,en har alt.I gå avstand til War museum,ett must i Saigon.

Fint hotel med små rom
Alagon er et helt fint hotell med bra beliggenhet. Rommet vi fikk var knøttlite, uten plass til barneseng så vi måtte sove hele familien i én seng. Utover det var det greit, rent og fint og trygt. Tilgang til basseng på taket (kostet $9) som var veldig deilig.

Good location and service
Stayed one night. Clean rooms. Good location, short walking distance to Ben Thanh marked, the Saigon Central Post Office etc.. Good service, we had a late flight and the hotel stored our bags and let us use a room to shower and change in the evening before travelling to the airport. Would stay here again.

The hotel was ok. It was clean and the service was good. We paid for a room with a view. Our "view" was in to a wall on the building next door. The hotel had a good breakfast buffet. All in all ok if you need a clean place to stay when you are in town.

I like the central Location to activities I am interested in for the price. The hotel staff is always courteous and accommodating. What i didn’t like is the breakfast selection has gone down since my last visit.

We loved the rooftop pool. We spent hours in the pool looking at the city. The room was also very nice but it did take a while for the Aircon to kick in. The breakfast was good and had lots of options. The restaurant also has vegan options. Organising transport to and from Saigon Airport was also very easy through the hotel.

My room and bathroom were totally five star. But the coolest thing was the rooftop. It wound around through two bars, a hot tub, a swimming pool, and a garden. There was also an area with a plexiglass fence where you could sit and look down at the city.

The staff is okay not friendly as such. Also the Aircon was not working all night so they changed my Aircone in the middle of the night which was the disturbing part the food was the breakfast have decent options.

Rooms are beat. I have been to Saigon many times it was the worst by far. Bell boy commented on that I have 2 phones so I am a rich guy. Bad start. Rooms are old and beat and small. Have to walk through dining room access elevator because of renovations. Just a weird experience. Nothing like the pictures on Hotels.com

3泊利用しました ロケーションなどとても便利だと思います どこに行くにも近くてとても便利でした ただ チェックインにとても時間がかかる シャワーの水圧が弱くお湯が出ないなど ちょっとしたトラブルが多々ありました

All staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Special mention to Mike (An) on reception who saved my life when having to change flights to Bangkok. 🙏 Roof top pool, spa and eating has plenty shade and is set out in several areas so more intimate feel. 👏 Would happily return. 👍

Good points: the room, the breakfast, airport pickup driver was really helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations for the area, the location is great, the lobby is nice, rooftop terrace is nice. Areas that could be improved on: some front desk staff lacks training. It took way too long to check in because they said our reservation was not in their system. Although I had been corresponding with the hotel the day before to arrange for airport pick up and they confirmed we are guests of the hotel so I don't understand how our reservation was not there when we were checking in? No apologies or explanations why they couldn't find our reservation. But miraculously after an hour they found it. Some of the front desk staff we encountered weren't very friendly. I didn't expect over the top cheeriness but a smile wouldn't have hurt. So as much as we liked most of the things about the hotel, due to our personal experiences with some of the staff (and our observations with how the same staff member interacted with other guests - she was very rude to the other guests), we would not stay here again.

Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Great breakfast and location. There are cheaper hotel options nearby but this one is very good value for its slightly higher cost. I would definitely stay here again.

ホテル全体としては非常に良かったです。立地、スタッフ、朝食、設備など文句なしです。しかし、気になる点としては部屋の床がカーペットではなくタイルだったので、隣の部屋、上の部屋からの物音や声、騒音が良く聞こえます。朝ゆっくり休んでいても廊下やスタッフの声でうるさく寝れません。ベトナムは何度も行ってますが、外の音が気になることはあっても、ホテル内の音が気になったのは初めてです。 朝食は、毎日半分くらいのメニューがチェンジされるため、飽きずにおいしく食べました。 街中でも足のマッサージをやりましたが、ホテルのプランに付いていたマッサージが一番上手かったです。

From the airport pick up by Phuong, organised through the hotel to Tin and Lauren from reception and the staff in the restaurant, bar and luggage handlers, the staff are amazing, kind helpful and friendly. The property has 2 or 3 sections to it and facilities are great. Its located in District 1 close to everything! Although the only room available was a twin room which was quite small with a window with no view the staff put our beds together and the place was so clean! The free breakfast is fantastic and they gave us free drink vouchers and a free meal in the,restaurant. Couldnt have asked for more!! Thank you fir naking our stay in Ho Chi Min so special.
