«We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again.»

«Large clean room with crisp sheets on the bed. Both the bed and the pillows were too firm, resulting in limited sleep I was convinced that continental breakfast was included when I booked the room. However the Expedia booking did not state that ,nor did the information sent to the Porters Lodge. The charge was though only £5 pp.»

«Check in and check out did take a lot of time. Reserved 50 pound on my card, I try to avoid hotels that do that. On a journey I can stay on many hotels and will then end up with a lot reserved if everyone used this practise. Tried to call room service to order, but in one hour no one answered so I went out for food.»

The bed in our room was truly king size - and I must say it’s the best bed I have slept in on any trip I have been on. «The guest house was impeccable, with excellent communication and information regarding its location and local attractions provided even before our arrival. Truly exceptional service. Upon our arrival, everything was beautiful. The entire house was spotless and exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed a lovely country walk into Ironbridge, and convenient parking was available at the property. «Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds and great facilities. Only stayed for one night but enjoyed a quick swim in the pool and had a lovely evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant. Bedroom was a good size with comfy bed and everything needed for an overnight stay. The only thing that I think could be improved is the check in. The young girl on the desk gave me very minimal information and didn’t explain the £50 deposit policy very well at all. I had to ask all the questions regarding ...
