«Road to the cabin was deeply rutted/potholed in many places. We felt the on-line listing was not accurate: an updated outhouse is not a bathroom; a sink with a hot plate/no cooking utensils does not make a kitchen/kitchenette. We didn't think the water was potable as it had a brownish tinge, so we had to double back to the truck stop for food and liquids. Night-long noise from I-40 truck traffic was annoying. The cabin was "OK" for watching stars through the ceiling as the glass was obstructed ...

«I love this little cabin. It was just what I needed for a few days of quiet chill time before hitting the road on a coast to coast road trip. The one room cabin is a perfectly restored and updated space with a beautiful bathroom and a respectable kitchen area - having a countertop convection oven in addition to the microwave was a big plus. Outside of some minor cleaning glitches my stay was awesome and there’s plenty to explore in this beautiful high altitude forested area. »

Be aware that the dirt access road is very rocky with deep ditches and may scrape low clearance cars. This rental is overpriced for the condition it is in. "Fantastisk beliggenhet, nærhet til det aller meste hva gjelder butikker og attraksjoner. Bodde 5 netter på rom 1128. Renholdet var meget bra, rengjøring hver dag. God plass på rommet som kunne tilby kjøleskap, micro, safe, strykejern og blendingsgardiner. I tillegg var det to tv’er med mer enn nok kanaler. Trykket i dusjen var noget lavt, men det fungerte. De ansatte ved frokostbuffeten var hyggelig og imøtekommende, gode på omelett! Alle besøkende får 2 drinker/øl/brus per kveld under happy hour, vil trekke frem Arnold som ga utrolig god service! Alt i alt et bra opphold, kommer gjerne tilbake!"
