«You get what you pay for, if you’ll excuse the cliche. If you’re on a very tight budget and need to sleep a few people, maybe this is your place. It smelled quite strongly and bad (a different kind of badness in each room, strangely), the check in process is unnecessarily contrived, and it’s very hard to read the combo lock at night, almost impossible w the glare of light off of tiny chrome numbers. «It was a reasonable stay. But slightly confusing. There is two properties for this address. Google maps brought us to the wrong one. They did not respond on Expedia within 2 hours. We resorted to WhatsApp that they replied in about 15 minutes. Being at the second property the door code worked but the lock box did not we waited for an hour before using whatsapp. The room is quite small and there is tables and chairs that just take up space. Barely enough room for 2 backpacks and a carry on ...

«We stayed for 4 nights at Rio Grande, the location was excellent for both accessing the metro and for walking into Shinjuku (45 minutes). On arrival we had a long delay at the airport and were much later arriving than expected (after 12 at night), the staff were supportive and we were able to access the property easily. I would highly recommend this apartment for its location, for the facilities available and for easy contact with the staff. Thank you»
