Had a lovely stay. However felt the pool wasnt too clean as our eyes were stinging everytume we had a swim and there were bits of tissue in the pool. Also for luggage takes a long wait ti get help from a porter. Other than that had a fantastic stay.

Lovely hotel, breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Parking was easy. Online checkin/out was ideal. The beds were very comfortable. The room was warm (matched the weather) but a welcome fan kept the air moving. Tried to call to say we were going to be later than planned- couldn’t get a response (not good). Corridor area was very congested as there were bible/book stalls, I don’t mind the stalls but just put them where it doesn’t restrict flow of guests

I stayed at the Leonardo hotel on the 5th April and after getting a friendly service by the staff and Emma at reception I came back to stay for a full weekend with my family. We booked 2 twin superior rooms and managed to get both rooms side by side. Once again I was met by Emma at reception and she recognised both myself and my daughter who had stayed there just days before. Emma is a real asset to the hotel for the way she will look after you from the moment you check in. All the staff were friendly. It was my daughter’s birthday the day after we were leaving and once I had told Sofia at checkout, she arranged for a goodie bag with sweets and a small Leonardo hotel teddy to go away with. Thank you for your hospitality.

As soon as we walked through to check in, Emma the manager at the check in desk was ever so friendly and helpful. The staff at this hotel have always been accommodating. Love their leisure centre facilities and the sauna, jacuzzi and pool was open until 10pm on the day we had checked in. Definitely going back soon!

The hotel was easy to find, had ample parking, and check in was straightforward, having used the online facility. The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed only one night as that was all I required and would use this hotel again for stays in that area.

The thing we wanted to do which was use the leisure facilities we could not and no compassion all we was told should have booked before hand but did not get that email till 3pm on the day of check in.

Bedroom was clean, breakfast was not amazing but ok for a 4 star hotel… Easy to park. The pool was clean, the staff working on the 9th march was amazing. Why one star? Well if you forget an item in the hotel, doesn’t matter how expensive it is, no one will move a fingir to help to try to find it… I has to drive back for hours, to find the item kept in their laundry cupboard… in two hours between my call and arriving at the premises, no one was able to look for the item… lack of care, awful customer care, etc… won’t be back for sure…

We arranged at the time of booking two rooms with an adjoining door and another room opposite for our group. When we arrived our rooms were not ready and when we were told they were ready they weren’t the rooms we had previously been assigned as per our request.

I haven’t stayed here for years but was impressed by the standard of the hotel and the rooms. Unfortunately I don’t get time to use the gym or spa. Breakfast was great with loads of choice

Didn't manage to check in until 2 hours later. Was late for swimming. Was promised a call from the manager, that didn't happen. Spoke with the manager - offered a refund or a free meal. Was very accommodating however the refund was appropriate as it didn't just affect me, it affected my friends stay also

Not five star by any means
Beware if you have mobility issues - large hotel that is very spread out , walking from reception to the bedroom took ages although there are lifts to help. Intitially given a room that was boling and couldn't open window, also bathroom absolutely stank . I trekked back to reception complained and was immediately given a nicer room. Entrance was being cleaned as we arrived and bedrooms still being made up at 4pm, but the carpets on the stairs and in the lift were very dirty, and there was a lot of litter outside . Main restaurant shut on Sunday but there is another smaller one that was ok , although the place was very full and staff were rushed off their feet . Swimming pool ok but lots of children made swimming difficult . Sauna also full, and steam room not operating. All the staff were very friendly though and clearly wanted to please.

A very large and comfortable hotel with good facilities, lots of parking, and very well located. Unfortunately there were issues with the leisure centre during our stay but this was communicated and handled well by staff.

Room was really spacious and clean although the bar and restaurant was completely full, which led to having to order room service which took around 2 hours

Check in and use of facilitys and leasure easy and spot on stayed numerous times never fails to inpress.only negative i can give is bathroom door was locked and not accessible witch i found strange it was down to the great lock picking skills of 1 of the cleaners to acess the bathroom a hour later after twice calling and asking for assistance from reception apart from that great stay.

One night business stopover - comfortable room with fresh feel to it. Had everything I needed. It is a large hotel/conference centre so if mobility is an issue I would check with hotel as to easy access rooms etc.

This hotel needs to switch on heathers in the pre booked rooms so when the customer arrives it has a warm cosy vibe we had to sit in our coats for two hours it was so cold as was other guests. We got moved as one area stunk of weed terrible

The stay was ok, but the layout of the hotel is very confusing room numbers are all over the place. Lastly the breakfast is nothing special but the cost is extortionate should be free with the price you pay for an average sized room

Our stay here was lovely. Very clean and tidy, staff were friendly too. We paid for breakfast and felt the options were very limited especially for vegetarians. Other than that I would recommend :)

Our 2nd stay here. Would stay again. Huge hotel. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. The gym/swim area is amazing. All staff, except the young girls at reception when we checked in, were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was just okay.

Great stay!
We had a great stay at the holiday, the swimming, jacuzzi, steam and sauna room were clean and great to use. Only downfall was the man (of african origin) at the cafe was speaking in a very disrespectful manner and made an islamophobic comment whilst serving a hot drink, which was unnecessary, making me feel uncomfortable and offended. Overall it was a great stay!

It was clean the bed was very comfortable view was disappointing. The food from the bar was not very nice warm soup,nice burger but awful chips booked to go back in 5 weeks so hopefully will be a better stay there were large group Christmas parties there and one of the bars had to close but hoping it will be better in January.

Hotel needs attention and privacy in the bathroom.
The rooms were dirty, there was a noisey consumer box and the bathroom had a massive window on the ground floor with minimal frosting and no curtains overlooked by a carpark with a path running past, total lack of privacy. We had 2 joining rooms for my family, I was very dissapointed.
