Marriott's Monarch at Sea Pines is one of the premier Marriott properties and is located in the beautiful Sea Pines area of Hilton Head Island. Walk miles of gorgeous beach, ride your bike along the many miles of paved bike trails, or enjoy the many unique and independently owned restaurants that Hilton Head is famous for. For those who love golf or tennis, HHI is an excellent location to enjoy those activities.

Tropically landscaped resort with plenty of activities to entertain your entire group. Enjoy access to 2 Outdoor Pools, a kids ' splash Pad, a large hot tub, a fitness center, and more. This 6+-acre property is Oceanfront, so easy access to the Beach from your unit.
Comfortable and spacious 2BR/2BA villas featuring an open living and dining area, with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a large furnished balcony. At the end of each day, gather the family to enjoy your favorite movie or whip up a quick snack in your fully equipped kitchen, complete with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an oversized master bath, complete with a tub and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two twin beds and provides access to a second bathroom, complete with a shower and bathtub.
There is also a Washer / Dryer in your unit.

This is a Resort property. Guests will have a private unit, but resort amenities, including pools, Hot Tubs, Fire Pits, and gyms, will be shared with other guests.

Monarch at Sea Pines is professionally managed and operated by Marriott Vacations. The front desk is staffed 24/7 for check-in, check-out, and is available for any questions, issues, or needs for assistance. They are there to help, so please don’t hesitate to contact them during your stay.

You are guaranteed a GARDEN / COURTYARD 2BR/2BA as depicted in the photos.

Bedding linens, blankets, and pillows are provided, as are bath towels. If you require additional items, need fresh bedding linens, or towels during your stay, please get in touch with the Front Desk. Although bedding linens, blankets, and pillows are provided, you may want to bring some of your own if you have a favorite pillow or blanket.

One complimentary parking pass is included with this unit. If you require an additional parking pass for an extra vehicle, this can be arranged directly with the Front Desk for an additional fee.

Pool towels are provided for free, and they can be exchanged for fresh ones on an unlimited basis. However, if you or your family owns and likes larger beach towels, I recommend bringing them, along with any other beach blankets / chairs / umbrellas / equipment you want at the beach. If you don’t bring your beach supplies, you can rent them.

Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, shampoos, etc, are all provided. If you need anything additional during your stay, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Front Desk, and they will be happy to provide it. We have never personally had an issue receiving the supplies we needed.

There is no daily housekeeping provided. However, your unit will have a vacuum, broom, and dustpan, to use in your unit if you want it.
