Rent a bike at one of the local businesses for the easy 1-mile scenic bike ride or walk to the private Shipyard Beach Access Point, where you can’t miss out on relaxing the day away on the sand under the plentiful South Carolina sunshine. Leave the cooking and cleanup to someone else by visiting one of several local restaurants nearby, offering everything from the fresh local catch of the day to delightful international flavors. Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a full-size bed, and a TV.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles maximum. Parking passes are required. 1 pass is included in the reservation, with a second pass available for $30.00. 2 passes maximum.
• Pets are not allowed.
• This villa is located on the 2nd story. Stairs are required, no elevator available.
• The fireplace is not available for guest use.
