This two-story, fourth row ocean home found on Forest Beach entails 5 bedrooms, a private pool, and convenient beach access within walking distance. From the privacy of the pool deck, guests can enjoy the fresh ocean breeze Hilton Head Island has to offer. Just a 5-minute drive away, guests will enjoy all the shops, restaurants and public parks found at Coligny Plaza – the ‘downtown’ of the Island.

Arrive at 28 Pelican and park the car in the driveway or the garage. Walking in from the garage you come into the open floor plan that makes up the living room, dining room and kitchen with hardwood floors and a beautiful coffer ceiling. The living room has two tan sofas, a chair with ottoman, a beautiful large wooden coffee table and a 55” SMART TV above the decorative fireplace. In the corner is a very nice dry bar with a wine fridge. From the living room you can access the outside deck. There is also a ½ bath available to anyone on this level. The living room is separated from the dining room and kitchen by beautiful white columns. The formal dining table is arranged to accommodate eight guests, with four additional high-top chairs at the breakfast bar. In the kitchen you will find granite countertops, double ovens, stainless steel appliances including a Frigidaire Professional refrigerator and a 5-burner gas stove. Behind the kitchen is the laundry room with washer, dryer and a sink.

The main floor of the home entails two bedrooms – a master king suite and a guest king bedroom. The master suite, found to the left of the front door, features a four-poster king bed, 40" SMART TV, night tables with lamps, sitting area, and an abundance of natural light from the high windows. The ensuite bathroom is furnished with a walk-in shower, soaking tub {not currently available}, and double sink vanity. Off the living room, the second guest room is furnished with a king-size bed, a bench at the foot of the bed, and a 32" SMART TV. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower with bench and a double vanity. French style doors open to the pool deck.

From the living room, head up the stairs to the second floor, where a sofa is found in the spacious hallway and three additional guest rooms are found. The first bedroom offers a queen bed, 32” TV inside the armoire and French doors open to a small balcony above the pool. The ensuite bath has a single vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two double beds, a 32” TV and French doors open to a small balcony above the pool. The private bathroom has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The final bedroom has a queen bed, bench seat, chair and 32” TV. The ensuite has a single vanity and walk-in shower.

In addition to the spacious indoors of the home, 28 Pelican has a private outdoor gathering area, with two wicker chairs and a wicker loveseat under the partially covered porch, a wooden patio table with seating for six, and plenty of lounge chairs to relax by the 14-by-22-foot pool. Relax in the spillover spa and pool after a long day of adventures around the island.

In just a five-minute walk to the end of the road, guests can have their toes in sand at North Forest Beach. Guests can utilize the seasonal free shuttle, which services North and South Forest Beach Avenues and Coligny Plaza. The Lowcounty Celebration Park, the newest park to Hilton Head Island, incorporates a pirate ship playground, wading pool, pavilion, and fitness station, and is just a 5-minute walk away. Coligny Beach Park offers outside showers, public beach access and walking and biking paths, with entertainment for all ages!
