Classy coastal chic touches throughout this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath villa are complemented by floor to ceiling windows that extend views of the natural landscape and lagoon. 11 miles of sandy white Coligny beaches await you directly across the street and numerous restaurants/shoppes/live entertainment are within walking/biking distance at Coligny Village. The space
Your Hilton Head Island escape to enjoy the beaches, bike ride for miles, golf and play tennis or to simply relax should have this cozy, elegant villa as your nest. Within a 5 minute walk enjoy many fine shoppes, restaurants and entertainment await you in Coligny Plaza; as well as many golf, tennis and water sport options within a short drive.

Indoor Living with floor to ceiling windows, 4 Flat Screen Smart TV's and cable, comfortable living room. We offer Free Wi-Fi. All linens/towels/kitchen towels are provided. Trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, personal soaps, laundry and dish detergents and a first aid kit are provided.

Sleeping Options: Master Bedroom with King Bed and en suite and private balcony, Second Bedroom with a queen bed, Sleeper Sofa in Living Room and Third Bedroom has a full bunk bed with twin top bunk and twin pull out with additional separate twin bed (room sleeps 5 total). Second and third bedroom share the hall bathroom/laundry room combination.

The outdoor Oasis offers a private deck with outdoor dining area to seat six with a gas grill.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and boosts stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops, dishwasher, ice maker, Keurig and regular drip coffee makers, blender and all the cooking basics and dishware you may need.

9 Beach Towels and Chairs (mix of low folding chairs and high collapsible chairs), rolling beach cart and cooler are provided as an added convenience. Umbrellas and boogie boards are for rent by the Lifeguards.

Parking for two vehicles available - parking is first come, first serve. The beach access is directly across the street with bathrooms and outdoor shower are available at the beach top.

Entry to the Villa is keyless and you will be provided the code prior to arrival.

The three story villa is accessible by stairs only and therefore may not be suitable for those who have difficulty using stairs.
