«This was a cute little place for a Friday-Sun stay in late August. The home was spacious enough for Four adults. The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking needs. The bathroom was smaller than expected for only one bathroom but it was functional. The bedrooms were very spacious and temperature in both were nice and comfortable both day and night. «Form over FunctionYes it's a cute, historic home that photographs well within walking distance of coffee, restaurants and shopping. It's also a historic home with a very long, steep staircase to the bedroom and bathroom and a claw foot tub that is just plain annoying. There's a reason they don't put claw foot tubs in houses anymore. If you are shorter than 5'8" you won't be able to reach the showerhead to move it out of the way if needed. «Best location for 2 couples in the winter. The heat rising to the bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect at night. The location could not have been better. Centrally located to EVERYTHING. The house had a balcony to see all of Savanah from any angle. We especially loved the history of the house used as decor for the walls. It was so interesting to read all the blueprints and genealogy. The men had to be torn away from researching the history so we could experience it. I didn't mention the furniture. ...
