«This property is falling apart. Paint peeling, floors cracked, toilet and tub/shower cracked, moldy. There was dirt and mold everywhere. The faucet wouldn’t turn off and ran all night. It smelled awful to the point of all of our belongings smelling when we got home. 0/10»

«Very much traffic noise all night. Terrible cigarette smoke smell in the rooms. Staff were not helpful. Sounds of loud speaking from other rooms and outside »

«I had a nice, quiet stay here over the weekend. Housekeeping kept the room neat and tidy. Although I chose the hot tub suite, I was too busy to use it. However, I love the blur lighting above it and the surrounding mirrors. Pros: The room has a fridge and a microwave. Cons: There are no drawers or bathroom counter space. Overall, it was a good stay.»

We had no way to charge any of our devices or use any of the amenities until the day we had to check out. We only had hot water starting on our first full day we stayed. «The TV didn’t work, there was a closet with no rack, just an empty closet, no hand soap only a small bottle of shampoo, no hair dryer. The bed was fine but there were burn holes in the blanket which was just a sheet and a duvet COVER, no actual comforter. This was insanely disappointing for what I paid. Absolutely terrible, I wouldn’t suggest this to my worst enemy»

This place is actually so terrible the guy at the front was so rude to us and treated us like criminals accused us of stealing the TV remote when we declined it at check in. He also called us within us being in the room for less than 5 minutes saying we can't have more than 4 people in a room when we had some people waiting for their rides to come pick them up. He said we HAD to buy another room while they waited. I've booked through Expedia multiple times ...
