They really enjoyed their stay and convenient location to everything they wanted to do while in Ohio. We would highly recommend this restful location. «Beautiful place for 8 women cyclists riding the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trails out if Xenia Station. Mattresses and bedding were super comfortable for sleeping after 50+ mile rides. The house is a beautifully remodeled farmhouse with big eat in kitchen making it great to connect with the group as we cooked and ate. Super comfortable. As I mentioned the group was 8 women- we could have used a few more towels and additional silverware as well as dishtowels but that was minor compared to the ...

«Nothing the property owner could help the areas just rundown and a little sketchy. For where it’s located it’s very quiet inside. I slept very well. I would take your own bedding the comforter had stains on it and all the decorative pillows were stained on the backside. Also there was hair in the sheets . All that said The price was right and for last-minute booking At least we had a place to stay. Over all I’m grateful. »

«Very nice rental. It was a cool old property (old bank I think) that has partially been converted to a living space. Lots of character and conversion was well done. Well stocked with everything you would need for a stay. So much nicer than a hotel stay. Walking distance to malt shop and IGA grocery. Town is super quiet and low key. Stairs to second floor are steep so a consideration if you have someone that has difficulties. We had no issues.»

«We appreciated our stay at The Sanctuary. The host was very on point with response times and providing "key" information. Easy check-in process. Host was very helpful with accommodation needs, providing good space for our family. Very nice kitchen, well-equipped and functional. Very clean with comfortable beds. Free Wi-Fi available, limitations on use, definitely a place to "unplug". Family certainly enjoyed their stay at The Sanctuary.»

«Loved it! The house was great and my adult boys(early 20's) loved the games jn the basement. Super close to everything we were doing. I communicated with the host a couple of tomes and they were super quick to respond. It was a great stay and would stay there agin.»

«We don’t receive a confirmation email whether that’s due to my spam filter or the property manager unsure- but we had to get the door Code last minute. Neighborhood sketchy at best. On street parking that will guarantee a hit and run. Inside- no A/C musty and when we sat on the couch we all began to itch. Cockroaches in the bathroom so we left. Contacted the property manager to allow discussion, she never contacted me back so now I am leaving this review.»
