The space
BEDROOM
All the rooms have Panasonic Fast Cool Air conditioner, a good nights sleep is assure.There is one queen size bed in the room and the second room has two beds. In this apartment towels and linens are provided.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped with a hob and microwave . Guests are very welcome to make use of our coffee machine (many villas not available) - so you can be sure to get a great cup of coffee whenever you fancy! There’s also a selection of teas to choose from.

SHOWER ROOM
Super modern, fully equipped shower room with hansgrohe german shower. The pressure motor give the fast shower .( many Villas shower water coming very slowly)

Other things to note
There is no charge for electricity providing it is within normal usage.
With considerate use of electricity, there won't be any charge.
We as your Host will pay up to the first 1,000 Rupees per night of electricity used during your stay.
Normal average consumption of electricity is 800 Rupees per night.
In the unlikely event that Guest's electricity consumption exceeds that amount, Guests are required to pay the additional cost of electricity used during your stay.
The electricity price is subject to actual use, and is to be paid separately by Guests in local currency on departure.
An electricity meter reading is taken on arrival and departure, and you will be shown the meter readings.
Our Property Manager will show you our electricity company website, and its Bill Calculator to calculate the actual cost of the electricity used during your stay.
By being considerate and switching off AC, fans, and electric lights when not needed, there is no need for you to experience any charge for electricity used during your stay.
