«The two rooms we booked were very well-appointed - comfortable, lovely decor and spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a great location - a very short walk to the beach, plus local cafes and restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Pearl Hotel and we were made to feel very welcome by the staff - almost like part of the family! We're already planning a return trip to stay at the Pearl Hotel again later this year. »

«The room was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities. It was very quiet. The surrounding area was beautiful and we loved the coffee bistro located on site. The area where the hotel is located is very quiet and residential. It is such a unique and very special place. I will definately book the next stay in Santa Rosa, FL»

«We were obsessed with our rental and the little details that made this feel like a boutique hotel experience, but with privacy. It was stunning, and with the Christmas lights on the trees as our view, it was hard to want to leave. Rosemary beach is always stunning but be sure to visit the Coquina Pool, get a chocolate fondue at La Crema and visit our favorite little bookstore when you have time. »
