«This was the asolute perfect location! Easy quick walk to the beach and main street. Although small, it didn't feel tight. The living area was very comfortable for the two of us and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. The lighting was very good, and lots of windows for daytime lighting. There was enough storage for our clothes for a week and the bathroom, though not large, was perfectly fine. The only thing we wished would have been better was storage for our luggage. «Very cute cottage in a nice and quiet location. Very easy to get to The Big Chill and to The Horseshoe/Rosemary. The neighborhood was perfect for my preteen to ride his bike without worrying about traffic, close enough for the teen to bike to see his friends, and the dogs loved their walks each day. «We had a fantastic stay in Rosemary Beach. The carriage house was the BEST location! Directly on the little path/boardwalk to the "E" walkover to the beach (about a one minute walk to beach) and just a few quick blocks to the adorable downtown area with tons of great restaurants/shopping/etc. Parking on street but we never had an issue getting a spot directly in front. Beth and Randy are amazing hosts and very responsive and friendly. The location of the carriage house is perfect! Having two bikes was also great, we could ride to the fitness center and all the community pools, which we loved. We would rent this property, or the main house again! «Overall, it was an amazing experience and property. You are steps away from the beach and also from the retail area. I would say that the check-in instructions are a little confusing and a little more detail would be helpful. Also, if someone is staying at the main house and parking in front of the garage, if the vehicle is larger, it can block access to the carriage house garage. «Our family of 4 plus our mini doodle had a lovely stay of 5 days. We found the cottage to be ideally located and sparklingly clean upon arrival. You would never guess a single pet had stayed there, as you could not even find a stray hair. All was as pictured inside. «This property was super cute and worked really well for our little family. Excellent location and amenities. Neighborhood pool is really close, and lovely. Walk to beach is not at all far, when using the wagon provided to pull the chairs etc! Perfect stay!!»

«The house was well equipped and clean. Communication with the property manager was quick and helpful. We had a great view of the beach because the lot in front of hasn’t built a house yet. A short and easy walk to the beach, even carrying a light weight backpack beach chair and beach bag. The beach isn’t overly crowded. The pool is small but very enjoyable to relax in. Would be perfect for little kids to play in. Short drive to surrounding restaurants.»

«We stayed here for family outing in November. The property is well described- roomy house and bedrooms- comfortable. The big selling point for us was the open front deck when weather was nice and then the front screened in porch for rainy days or buggy nights. Good location and free bikes are a plus.»
