«When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had not received payment from hotels.com. We could only check-in after paying again. Since we were tired after a long journey we paid for the room again. Now we a struggling to get a refund.
The room was great. A bit noisy because it was next to a busy road with heavy trucks passing late at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. »

«SO charming! Even better than it looks in the pictures. Really enjoyed our stay here with our little one -- she loved the flowers and the animals, and the suite we stayed in had a fantastic covered porch. Would definitely go back for a longer stay.»

«The highlight of our stay was meeting local Boer war expert and historian Rob Milne, who is based at the museum on site. We spent an immensely enjoyable hour and a half chatting about history and the remarkable stories that took place in SA. »
