«This is an older property with lots of wear and tear. This best way to describe it is rustic. The appliances are updated but the flooring has lots of stains and is uneven in some areas. The mattresses were also not comfortable.Getting access to the property was the biggest challenge. After two text messages and an unanswered voice mail to the host, I finally contacted VRBO customer service and was able to gain access.»

Having firewood available was very nice, because we love eating smores and incinerating marshmallows. The internet worked well, so the ones that needed to keep in touch with work were happy. «The host was very good. She was very informative. The house was beautiful and very roomy for the family. I did try to light a fire , but found the lighters were unusable and there were only two matches. As she informed us ahead of time, the road up was very challenging. Maybe a few more directional signs would help. The views were spectacular, and the surrounding areas were as well. Besides the lack of lighters, we had everything we could need. We enjoyed ourselves very much»

«Great location. Basically a flat to walk down to the lake. House is big and also a great setup for a couple of families if needed. Having the fenced in area was a huge bonus with dogs and the bottom floor was perfect for the kids. »

«First my main thing was it was not worth the . I’ve stayed in much nicer for less. The cabin was nice. The hill is too steep to go to the water. There weren’t many working lights for downstairs. The batteries were dead in the remotes, so we had to go buy some. Definitely needs new washer and dryer. »
