«The house was just as advertised. It is not a high-end luxury accommodation but a clean one bedroom with a well stocked kitchen and a wonderful deck with a great view. Our favorite part was sitting down on the grassy area on the water with a fire pit. The only downside of our two day stay was that there was a temporary ban on oysters because of a red tide. «Our VRBO was double booked. The VRBO app showed my inbox was empty but when I clicked “contact host” to ask the host how we should check in, a message popped up that the listing was double booked. We were already driving there when I saw the message. It was stressful trying to find another place to stay. I don’t understand why the booking wasn’t canceled when the host realized it was double booked. I had the address and everything. VRBO covered our stay at a hotel that weekend but it was very ...

«Location was great for my purposes. Very good amenities, everything you need to cook at home. Very comfortable setting. Parking is a little tricky if you park in the garage, but there's room in front of the unit that doesn't impede the main house.»

«Very nice and mostly quiet unit. Cute little "Welcome Book" that gave instructions, contact information, and provided little tourist areas to go see. Up-to-date appliances and stocked kitchen. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived, but everything else was clean.»

«This property was immaculately clean and cozy. It is on a private gravel drive between streets. The instructions for the space were clear and concise. Of note, if you are traveling in anything larger than a Jeep would require backing out down the drive to leave as you will not have enough space to turn around. »
