«The location and views from the cottage are quintessential coastal Maine. Small community with lobster pound and Maine Oyster Company across the street. John is a welcoming host and eager to make sure you enjoy your stay. The cottage is great for 2 people, equipped with the basics and has a great deck to enjoy the views. Planning to return next year. Great spot!»

«I would recommend this hotel. We had been traveling for 8 days up the New England coastline and was on our way back home at this point. We had stayed in a different hotel every night of our travels and this was a very nice and sweet hotel. I actually had never seen a Spark by Hilton before and I am a Silver Member of Hilton. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a very homey feel to it. It was very inviting and had a front porch persona. We got in late and left early so ...

«Worst place I ever stayed. A drug deal went down behind the hotel and people were really shady in 2 rooms beside me. Then when I tried to leave after staying for 2 hours which one of those checked in hours we ate dinner at a restaurant, they refused to give my money back and I requested to speak to the manager and he has yet to contact me.»

«We had a very nice 10-day stay at this cottage. The location was great for us, the house was as expected from the listing, and we were generally very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The host was very friendly, accommodating and responsive leading up to and during our stay. The main area that could use improvement is the cleaning. There was some trash left inside when we arrived, and the kitchen—particularly the stovetop, sink, and some of the smaller surfaces ...

«First thing we were told was that renovations were being conducted and the water may have some sediments in it. But they forgot downtown the plywood mattress. Not a comfortable bed. But when are hotel beds comfortable? The desk lady was right. We were able to change the color of a wash rag from white to brown orange after holding it under the fawcett. After about 15 minutes of this it only changed the rag color to dingy dirty white. BUT, good news as in the morning, with all the other people ...

«Great location for a visit to Brunswick. We took the Downeaster from Woburn for an overnight. Our room was on the first floor in the Carriage House which was nicely decorated but the noise from the room above was a bit much: we could hear the other guests conversations and movements. We were able to enjoy both dinner and breakfast in the main building.»
