Our relaxed studio is nestled on the coast in the village of Hermanus in the suburb of Vermont, with sea views from the deck and verandah. This idyllic location offers a perfect blend of serene village life and easy access to the landscapes that surround it.
The Nautical studio accommodates up to 2 guests, featuring a double bed. The area offers whale watching, fishing, an award winning wine route, MTB trails, hiking, museums, fantastic dining experiences, a salt pan and great local shops.

Viewing deck which is 50m meters from Nautical Studio is perfect for whale, seabird or dolphin watching. The verandah is the perfect spot for sundowners. Sea views in a tranquil neighborhood. Close to the beach. Green belt on one side. There is a large braai/bbq.

Guest access
The suite has its own entrance with a security gate. Access to the property is via electrified gates. These will work during load shedding as we have backup power.
The viewing deck is a perfect spot for whale or dolphin watching with a cup of coffee. The verandah is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset.

There are cats and a dog on the premises.
