Our stay had some highlights but also a few disappointments.
Upon arrival, our room wasn't quite ready, which is understandable. However, the staff directed us to use the public restroom near the parking area, which was unfortunately in very poor condition—quite unclean and off-putting. It wasn't the welcoming first impression we had hoped for.
The room itself was generally clean, though the bedroom carpets showed noticeable stains. The smaller bedroom (with its en-suite shower) felt extremely cramped and wasn't really suitable for two adults sharing comfortably.
That said, the hotel's location was excellent and convenient, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay.
Overall, it was a mixed experience—we appreciated some aspects but would suggest improvements in cleanliness standards and room configurations for future guests.
