Enjoy your next vacation in our comfortable and tastefully furnished vacation home. This property stands out for both its spacious layout and its great location, making it the perfect vacation home for our guests. Our carport can accommodate up to two vehicles parked end-to-end. Park your car and explore your wonderful accommodations.



In the living and dining area, you’ll find a comfortable seating area with a TV and a view of the fireplace. Here, you can wind down at the end of the day with a cozy get-together. The adjacent, open-concept kitchen features a fridge-freezer, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso capsule machine. The living area opens onto the furnished patio, which is perfect for a delicious barbecue evening. After an eventful day, your children can play together in the play area. Stair gates protect our little guests from accessing the stairs unsupervised.
From the hallway, you can access the shower room as well as the upper floor. The highlight of the first floor is the tastefully designed full bathroom with a washing machine. You can unwind and forget the stresses of everyday life while enjoying a hot bath. Two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—provide plenty of space to relax. You’ll find ample room for your vacation wardrobe in the numerous closets and spacious under-bed storage compartments.
Once you’re in the attic, the floor-to-ceiling window offers a view of the garden. Here, four additional guests can make themselves comfortable on the cozy sleeper sofas for a TV or game night.



In the separate wing of the house, you’ll find a cozy sauna with two loungers for relaxing wellness moments.



Stroll along the pier over the waves of the Baltic Sea or plan a bike ride through Usedom’s expansive hinterland. Our vacation home offers the perfect starting point for a wide variety of activities.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
