«The house is nice. It was clean and comfortable. I do feel the price was a bit high for the quality of the furnishings, materials, etc. Low end items look nice but aren’t very comfortable (e.g., couch and bed). The owner was nice and accommodating. Just felt a bit overpriced for what we got, otherwise 5 stars.»

«The property looked nothing like the picture. The front yard was trashy, the steps leading to the porch had a cracked step, the windows were dingy and the paint was chipped. Going inside, the door seal was cracked. Once I got inside the house smelled musty. The door on one of the cabinets was broke, the counter tops had no finished sides, or it was coming off. The dishwasher had a sewer smell to it. The bathroom was very, very small. The white towels were very dingy, not usable. The comforter ...

«This house was disgusting. The stove was unplugged and pulled away. There were bugs. There were empty drink bottles. We did not even stay here. I sent a note to the owner with pictures letting them know and I have gotten no response. Would not recommend this house or this owner.»

«I was a little disappointed. The smoke detector beeped for three days because the battery was low.then once it was fixed, the piwer was out in the master bedroom. They had to come back and fix that. I feel i should have gotten a little refund back because of the inconvenience.»
