- a parking space for a small car a the lot.

## Neighborhood

This charming house is ideally located, close to the center, the beaches and the train station ! You will discover the charming historic center and enjoy all its shops, bars and restaurants. You will reach the beach and the port in only 10 min biking or 20 min by foot. The famous Abbadia castle is only 25 min away by bus. The train station located near the accommodation will allow you to easily explore the Basque Country in France and in Spain. At last, you will be able to enjoy the numerous animations of the city and try numerous nautical activities.

From Biarritz airport → 50 min by transports or 25 min by car
