Welcome to our Reetkate in Hemme!



This is our family weekend house, which we have lovingly renovated and now look forward to welcoming guests. Slowing down, lots of nature, and a wide view of the landscape – here, peace and relaxation are guaranteed. On the ground floor, you will find a cosy bedroom (master bedroom), a beautiful kitchen-living room with a view and direct access to the outside, a newly renovated bathroom, and a light-flooded conservatory that makes you feel as if you are in the garden. The conservatory is equipped with a large dining table and a sofa by the window. The Reetkate is an old, simple farmhouse with a typical room layout.



Under the thatched roof, there are two attic rooms, one with a double bed and one with three beds. Both are very cosy and have semi-circular windows overlooking the garden. Thus, the house offers enough space even for large families or groups of friends.



In the large garden, there is a sand and barbecue area, where you can enjoy the sunset in the evening on a lounge sofa by the fire basket. For children, there is a large, sunken trampoline, a balancing beam, and a wooden horse. On the adjacent paddock, two to three young bulls are kept during the summer months.



Please note that the spacious garden is not completely fenced. For guests with small children, we therefore recommend continuous supervision. You can use three rooms and the conservatory on the ground floor; the two attic rooms upstairs are also available by arrangement. If you wish to bring pets, please contact us in advance.
