«This was a great location - very close to frequent rail connecting to tube - fairly close to two tube stations. The neighbourhood was very pretty and the closest 'high street' had a wonderful Turkish vibe - great baklava! There were also other great high streets within walking distance, each unique. «What a delight to stay in the lovely historic little cottage, in the town where parts of The Vicar of Dibley” and “Midsummer Murders” tv series were filmed. Out host was wonderful and the locals at the historic Bull and Butcher Pub were so welcoming, right from our arrival. Thoroughly recommended. Beware, your mobile phone will almost certainly not work in and around Turville, so be prepared to use emails for comms, or drive a few km until you get reception!»

«We had an amazing stay at the Old Wharf Cottage in Windsor. The home is amazing and a wonderful location. We loved having the pool, bbq and area for croquet. It was easy to get around town with our rental car or Uber. The hosts were great and easy to connect with as needed. This was one of the key highlights of our two weeks in the UK. «Oldie worldie country cottage. Comfotable beds and plenty of towels and other toiletries etc. Everything you needed was there. Wifi and TV good reception. Lovely exterior view over field with horses, deer and plenty of birdlife. If you have more than one car parking may be an issue.»

«It was such fun to stay at the Gatehouse! There was plenty of room for my family of 5. The neighborhood was quiet with stores within 5-10 minutes of driving. We were 10 minutes from Windsor castle and 15 minutes from the train we took into London. Leslie was WONDERFUL!!! It was so fun to meet her. My daughter says to tell everyone that the dog and chickens are sweet. :)»

«Stayed at Little Trees because we were visiting elderly parents who live nearby. Nice peaceful location. The place was spotless. Everything was provided - towels, shampoo, shower gel, bread, butter, milk etc. couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. Bed a little low and soft for me but actually slept really well. »

The description did not mention parking or assistance with this so it was annoying to find out that you can park outside on the single yellow during certain times - neighbours park there though knowing it is a rental. Our biggest disappointment was the kitchen which was not fully equipped.
