Relaxing stay
The stay at Lapland hotels was perfect in every way. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception and the restaurant. The breakfast was very diverse and good, with a really good section for people with celiac disease. All over the hotel is really stylish. The room with the bathtub and sauna is highly recommended. Sauna heated up quickly. Super comfy beds. Bluetooth speakers to connect to in the bathroom. Can't recommend this place enough, wish we had more time there. Gotta come back later!

Flott opphold både på hotellet og i Helsinki.
Hotellet har et gjennomført og artig konsept med kvalitet i alle ledd. Beliggenheten var fin for å oppleve Helsinki sine mange og varierte tilbud. Vi ble imponert og hadde fantastiske dager.

Er kjempefornøyd med oppholdet på Lapland hotel
Dette er et hotell jeg kan anbefale! Delikat rom, flott og funksjonelt bad og deilig frokost. Lappland er tema både når det gjelder utsmykning, musikk og mat. Ligger sentralt i rolig område. Vi slo til med restaurantens Surprise meny - fantastisk godt komponert 6-retters (+ et par overraskelser i tillegg) av råvarer fra nord! Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening.

Topp hotell!
En av de bedre hotellene vi har vært på. Vi likte stilen og den lune atmosfæren som var på hotellet. God service og blide ansatte. One of the best hotels ever. Their breakfast was out of the world and hotel staff was simply outstanding. My flight out reqd me to checkout at 5 am and the front desk had green smoothie and other “to go” items ready as I would not be able to have formal breakfast that starts at 7 am! That level of service is so rare these days.

通りに面したサウナ付きの部屋にしました。窓が広く部屋の面積以上に広々とした部屋で、明るくて心地よい部屋でした。サウナはコンパクトにまとまっていて使いやすかったです。浴槽は1人で入ると溺れそうなくらいに広くてゆったりできました。もっと毎日何回もサウナとお風呂に入りたいくらい快適でした！ 朝食も夕食もとても美味しかったです。日本人なので朝食にスープメニューがあるとなおよかったと思いました。 6番トラムの駅がすぐ近くにあり、中心街にも行きやすく利便性も良かったです。 とにかく全般的にお勧めです！

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. It has a very relaxed, laid back, warm atmosphere. The whole hotel is spotless. The staff are friendly, efficient and professional. The Arctic Deluxe Spa Room was just great. The sauna and the whole bathroom is excellent. The area is very convenient for sights, shops, ferries and walking. The restaurant Kulta in the hotel was very warm, spacious and of course the food was delicious. Generally what you feel is that the whole design concept of everything has been thought through and nothing is out of place … go and stay there!

We were unexpectedly upgraded to a huge room with a spa (including sauna) which was amazing. The breakfast was magnificent - healthy selection and we loved the Lapand honey! The staff were excellent - very helpful when we had a medical problem. We would heartily recommend this hotel, and hope to return.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in camera Artic. Confortevole e accogliente la camera, pulizia top, sauna disponibile in camera. Colaxione buona con buona scelta. Mancava un po’ l’offerta di marmellate che sono sempre gradite. Ambienti dell’hotel molto caldi e arredati in perfetto stile nordico. Posizione ottima x visitare il centro.
