«Lovely accommodation, the owners was lovely, very friendly & helpful. Room was exactly what we booked, had plenty of amenities, would definitely stop there again. The hotel was right in the seafront, brilliant location.»
«The lady who runs the hotel is great and can't be more helpfull. I stayed in a single room which was compact but enough for one person and it had a 3/4 bed which was nice.
For a clean, comfortable ensuite room within walking distance on the town the hotel is amazing value.
Breakfast was extra but well worth the additional £8»
«Room was a very good size with good facilities. Great location.
The bathroom shower was not cleaned properly and had dried shampoo/ body wash on the inside of the shower walls and black silicone around parts of the shower tray. Easy things to resolve.
The email address in the book to report problems no longer works and after checkout a different email address is provided. I did call the telephone number in the book but to reply or returned call.

«Basic but comfortable, local enough to the promenade. Could do with a fan in the room or even air con ( in the summer I would pay more for air con) would have had brekkie but it's starts a bit late for us as we had an early start. Nice enough for an overnight stay.»

Lovely clean house & quality freshly cooked & prepared breakfasts - that were consistently excellent over the 5 days that I availed of them.
I also availed of one evening meal - The Sunday Roast & Desert and this too was equally excellent & very good value.

«We were pleasantly surprised by our room. It was a family room which is probably why it was so spacious, and more importantly clean. My only moan would be breakfast is served between 8am - 9am. I personally think 8-10am would be more appealing but you can’t please everyone all the time. »
