Cliffside Rustic & Charming Villa by FeelHome

Perched on the cliffs of Beit Yanai, just 10 minutes north of Netanya, this charming home is the perfect spot for a relaxed seaside escape. With panoramic views of the Mediterranean from nearly every angle, two large terraces, and an outdoor lounge area with umbrellas and couches, it’s made for slow living, chill gatherings, and unforgettable group stays.



THE SPACE

*NOTE TO OUR GUESTS*:

This is an older but much-loved home, full of character and history. While it is clean, comfortable, and fully functional, it is not a brand-new property. Some small details (like a light bulb, a window blind, or a minor fixture) may not always be perfect, and we won’t always be able to fix these immediately during your stay.

If you’re looking for a sleek, hotel-like experience, this may not be the right fit. But if you love charm, space, and unbeatable sea views, you’ll feel right at home here enjoying morning coffee with sea breezes, lazy afternoons under the umbrellas, and evenings watching the sun dip into the water.



The villa is built on two ground floors.

UPER FLOOR:

Organized around the living room dining room and kitchen.

- The living room is cozy and comfortable and has a beautiful seaview instead of a TV. It leads to the dining room which has a table for 6 people.

- The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, 2 ovens, a double sink, a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

- Bedroom 1: separated from the living room by sliding doors. Kind size bed, double sofa bed (120cm), equipped with a TV. It has a private little patio and leads to the garden.

- Bedroom 2: Master bedroom with King size bed, full height closet, en suite full with bathroom with bathtub.

- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, full height closet

- Extra half bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink. Toilets are separate.

- Extra half bathroom with toilets and sink.



LOWER FLOOR:

Cozy living room equipped with a TV and leading to a terrace.

Kitchenette with stove (2 burners), double sink and toaster oven

- Bedroom 4: Double bed and small closet, exit to the terrace

- Bedroom 5: 2 single beds, equipped with a TV.

- Bedroom 6: Queen size bed, exit to the terrace.

- Corridor with a double sofa bed (140cm) and a wooden baby crib.



OUTDOORS

- One large terrace at the entrance of the main level with a dining table for 10 people.

- Private small olive grove for a touch of mediterranean character

- Terrace with a table for 4 people ideal for morning coffee.

- Shaded lounge area with umbrellas, couches and a dining table for 6.



AMENITIES

- AC/Heat in each space.

- Bed linens and towels provided for each guest.

- Laundry room with washer and dryer. Second washer.

- Iron and board.

- Hi speed Wifi.

- Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper.

- Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar. Dish soap.

- Free street Parking

- Access to the Beit Yanai beach about 500m away.



EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST (prices incl. VAT)

- Baby bathtub: 50 ₪ per stay.

- Pack 'n play: 100 ₪ per stay.

- Wooden crib: 500 ₪ per stay. Please notify us at least 24h in advance.

- Baby high chair: 50 ₪ per stay.

The entire villa and the garden are at your disposal for a pleasant stay.

Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, by email, phone or messages.

We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish.

PASSPORT AND VAT

- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.

- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.

- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.

- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.

- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.

- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD



Beit Yanai is a small village (moshav) located 10 minutes away from Netanya. It features one of the most beautiful beaches in the area: a large strip of sand with very little construction. Right next to Beit Yanai are Gedor Sea Reserve (which is a national park) and Berekhat Ya’ar Nature Reserve where you can enjoy nature and bird watching in season.

Beit Yanai is also a few minutes away from Kfar Vitkin where you can shop and sit at restaurants and cafes.



TRANSPORTATION

We highly recommend renting a car at the airport for you transfer to the villa and your daily trips.

Public transportation is available in Beit Yanai but not extremely reliable.
