- We provide 1 amenity pass per guest, per day. Golf and Spa are to be booked directly with the woods community and are an additional cost - We recommend booking a spa treatment prior to your arrival as their books fill up quickly!

- While the wood-burning fireplace is decorative only, the primary bedroom’s electric fireplace is fully functional and creates an inviting atmosphere.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home, minus the locked owner's closet.

Getting Around:

You are welcome to walk around the Woods Resort, but a car will be needed to access the property and get around the area. 4WD or AWD is recommended in the winter since the driveway is steep.

Please note:

- Pets are not allowed

- Wood burning fire place in the living area is not safe for guest use. Please take this into account when deciding to book the home for your stay. There is an indoor electric fireplace in the master bedroom and an outdoor fire pit that are available for guest use.

- The minimum age to book is 25 years old.

- Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete a rental agreement with photo ID. This is required to confirm your reservation.

-The driveway is fairly steep - please keep this in mind with your choice of vehicle
