«The house was perfect for three adults, a toddler, and a baby. The children loved dancing within the screened in porch, and playing outside in the back yard. It’s out in the country so there’s privacy and quiet but it’s also so close enough to town if you’re looking for things to do. Also close to Cacapon State Park! We would definitely go back. »

«The property was oversold online to make it look like it had a view of the nearby canal, but it didn't. While I understand the house was 170 years old, it felt like it could fall apart with a false move. The main floor had several chairs, but no couch. The stairs to the top floor were very narrow and you had to be careful going up and down. «My friend and I rented this home for a girls out weekend. The home was cozy, clean and well accommodated for our needs. Upon arrival we ran into a small setback with an extra lock on the door keeping us from getting in but Heena responded quickly and walked us through how to get it unlocked. «Very nice mountain retreat with great views, relaxing setting & minutes away from the state park. The kitchen was fully equipped & bedrooms/baths were comfortable & clean. The host was very accommodating & called a few days before our stay to answer any questions, go over access/entry & review other particulars about the home to avoid any complications. He also checked-in during our time there to make sure everything was going well.»
