Description

Lakefront living on Seneca Lake in the heart of Finger Lakes wine country. This private waterfront home in Hector, NY sits on the east shore, the “Banana Belt” of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. It has its own dock with a boat lift and swim platform, a covered hot tub deck that looks out over the lake, and big lake views from almost every room. It’s minutes from award-winning wineries, breweries and Watkins Glen.

Watkins Glen State Park’s gorge trail and waterfalls are about 20 minutes away
Watkins Glen International racetrack, Hector Falls and Finger Lakes National Forest hiking are all close by
Ithaca and Geneva are each within about an hour

Security Camera Disclosure:
For the security of our guests and property, there is one exterior security camera located at the front entrance which is on the deck as you enter the home. The camera monitors the front entryway from the parking area. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in any private outdoor areas.
