«Clean property and was great for parking as it was accessible to a free parking lot next to the building. Also walkable neighborhood. Clean hotel and spacious and beautifully designed, and staff were very friendly. For a 5 star hotel i was hoping to see some additional amenities such as a bidet in the bathroom, some toiletries in the bathroom were missing, more than a single water bottle during my stay, and there wasnt a lounge area to accept guests except for a small breakfast area that didnt ...

«Fabulous all around.»

«You will not believe this place. It’s like being in a movie. The old city is magical and this hotel is the perfect combination. And the stuff was super nice and prepared a great breakfast. You will definitely enjoy this hotel. I regret not staying longer.»

«A great stay in the old city! The public parking was a nightmare (be warned), but our host was really lovely, the location was great, and the apartment was spacious and clean. I would stay here again!»

«Stayed several nights with my family. Staff was very kind. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and good selections. Room was comfortable. Definitely would recommend to upgrade / renovate as it’s old but all functional. The best was the location and walking distance to the promenade, restaurants, zoo, etc. and the view of the beautiful city of Haifa. Will return here on our next visit»

«Our stay at Zidan Sarai Suite was incredible. We have traveled a lot and this is one of the most unique places we have stayed. The owner, Zidan, has done an amazing job in renovating his family’s place. No detail was overlooked to ensure his guests would have a memorable experience. Zidan met us at the property, gave us a tour of the suite along with the history of the building. Both, Zidan and his suite, are special. We will return to Acre just to stay here again. Thank you, Zidan, for ...

«Hyggelig mennesker som jobber der»

«A great Hotel for adults only (16+) so super quiet and chill. Rooms and facilities like pool and sauna were excellent. Location is awesome- there's a lot of nature around and also only 10-15 mins away from Haifa. A great spot for a quick weekend getaway!»

«Amazing relaxing stay… room was big with a beautiful terrace with sun beds with an amazing view. Very clean. Staff were incredibly friendly really made you feel welcome. And the food was probably the best I have eaten…. Massive voices with the most delicious produce. The spa was also very good, loved my massage»

«A bit strange that the hotel only could offer one red and one white wine. Except from this we enjoyed our stay☺️»

«The breakfast was amazing.»

«Good»

«Hyggelig, blide og hjelpfulle resepsjonister. Trivelig å spise frokost på Cafen i centret. Litt vanskelig å finne hotellet som ligger i 2.etg i Castra Center.»
