«We checked in but didn’t stay here. We gave the key back as soon was we reached our room, this is a sports bar which is fine if you are told this when booking. The rooms are filthy with stained bedding. We
Asked for a refund as we needed to stay elsewhere but have not had any feedback from them or expedia. Not a happy customer as we use Expedia regularly. They need to look at who they endorse and refund when appropriate.»

«Portreath Arms is a very nice hotel. The staff is very helpful and polite. We felt welcome and had a good stay. The surrounding area is breathtaking beautiful. The hotel is a good place to stay for exploring the area or just staying at the beach. »

«Positiv: big room and bathroom, great location
Negativ: very tilted room, so much that vi had to sleeep the wrong way on the bed. Very much noise from the ally(were the window was). Very warm and stuffy - maybe becase of the little fridge in the room. Very steep stairs to the room. No view from room.
This is not a hotell, no service at all, no reception and no follow up from staff. The breakfast was ok, don’t order det very dry pancakes. »
