Did not give much encouragement as to what we would find inside! Seating, both lounge and dining, insufficient for the 8/9 guests it was booked for. We could not all sit on the sofas in the evening - the sofas AT A PUSH, would only sit 3 each, if including 1 child on each sofa. We had 4 adults and 4 children - definitely not suitable. «We had the most gorgeous stay at this apartment. It was extremely clean, well equipped and the perfect location. Close to shops (Lidl, Asda etc) and a short drive from beaches and the train station for St Ives. Five of us stayed comfortably here and the host was excellent with communication for any queries we had. We only had slight issues with parking as the road is so narrow and were worried about blocking paths, but most residential streets are like that in this area. We would love to come ...

«Unfortunately we had to leave our accommodation two days earlier than planned. The property felt damp, although clean it smelt damp, the bedding did not feel clean nor did it smell fresh. I note from the previous comments that this is not the first time this has been mentioned, so it is a shame that nothing seems to have been done about it. «Lovely stay gorgeous little chalet. Is small but great use of space and everything you need is inside.Was clean and tidy however a little tired and could have done with a good dust. But didn't spoil the stay. Also mattress could do with replacing.Loved the history of our chalet and the site is really lovely. Great area easy walk to the beach and into Hayle.Each chalet was unique and plenty of space in between, very friendly.Would definitely return beaches are absolutely incredible.»

"Positiv: big room and bathroom, great location Negativ: very tilted room, so much that vi had to sleeep the wrong way on the bed. Very much noise from the ally(were the window was). Very warm and stuffy - maybe becase of the little fridge in the room. Very steep stairs to the room. No view from room. This is not a hotell, no service at all, no reception and no follow up from staff. The breakfast was ok, don’t order det very dry pancakes. "
