In pride of place on the front row of the cluster of privately owned holiday residences sits Blue Haze, commanding a 180-degree view over St Ives Bay. Gwithian and Godrevy beaches, with their three miles of golden sand, are right on the doorstep, making this a prime location for watersports, beach life and some of Cornwall's best sunsets. Blue Haze has been lovingly redesigned by the same family who have owned it for generations — to enable guests to appreciate Gwithian Towans irrespective of rain or shine; to enjoy the fresh air and balmy warmth of summer or the dramatic beauty of a coastal winter from the comfort of a warm armchair, as they have done.
Inside Blue Haze
Blue Haze is designed to welcome in light and seascape. You'll step inside to a dramatic open-plan living, dining and kitchen space facing St Ives across the bay. Comfortable sofas invite you simply to gaze — but there is also a very well-equipped and spacious kitchen and a generous dining space for six guests. You'll have a 56" smart TV with Sonos audio too, for quiet nights in. Downstairs are two of the bedrooms (a double and a twin). You also have a utility room and two bathrooms; the first is a lovely family bathroom with a large walk-in waterfall shower, and the second bathroom again has a generous shower and the added bonus of an amazing sea view through the porthole!

Upstairs is a king-sized double bedroom (which can also be made up as twin on request) with Velux window and sea views to the western horizon. There is also a fabulous mezzanine chill-or-work space with a task-table and sofa — you can get the work done if you have to or just curl up with a book, again with the same amazing view.
Outside Blue Haze
You'll find a generously sized grassy garden perfect for outside dining, garden games and sunset watching — it wraps all around Blue Haze so has sunlight all day long. There is private parking for several cars and an EV charger. Gwithian and Godrevy boast three miles of golden sand, with swimmable rockpools that are great for children, surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, mindful sun worshipping and sunset watching. The beach is lifeguarded in the main holiday season, and "to the left of the steps" is dog-friendly all year round. The miles of sand dunes with myriad pathways are also dog-friendly at all times as well as the coastal path, so there's plenty of to explore with your four-legged friends. We love all the beach houses at Gwithian Towans, and each one has something unique and special about it. With Blue Haze the design has really made the most of the space and view. From the huge window that frames St Ives Bay, to the gorgeous white-on-white paint finishes echoing the reflection of sunlight on the sea, you are invited to connect to this amazing place. The perfect Blue Haze day might start with getting into the sea, to surf or swim — rinse off in the heated après-surf shower, relax with a coffee chez-nous or pop over to the café.
