1. Maui Seaside Hotel

«Laundry facility was out. Parking charge was $25 per day but the lot was full. You had to either wait for parking or park off site at the park. They shouldn’t charge for parking if there aren’t enough spots. No hot tub, pool was cold. Looked like they were housing extended stay guests. Our room was decent, not characteristic of the price for the room ($297).
Location is good though. Staff is friendly and helpful.»

«We stayed in room 3 and although there was a disclaimer about the noise from the street, it did not mention how bright the room is even during the nighttime. There were blinds on the windows but they did not keep light out very well. Room darkening shades or curtains in addition to the blinds may have helped. It did not get dark over night. We found it difficult to sleep past 6:00 am. One side of the mattress sloped and it could stand to be replaced. We also found the common areas to be in ...

«Very nice location! Beautiful lush gardens, amazing beach. Breakfast could have had some healthier options. The bread was basically cinnabuns. It DID include amazing juice and fresh fruit which is always nice. WiFi was struggling in our room.»

«I would not stay here again as the walls are VERY thin and you can hear everything all your neighbors are doing. Also, the "partial" ocean view is heavy on the partial. HOWEVER I do want to call out the man and woman that work the front desk, they are FANTASTIC. Very helpful and accommodating and friendly. I would stay at any hotel they were working at.»

«We are a family of 4 and had booked this hotel for 4 nights believing it was actually a hotel. But there is no daily service and the front desk has limited availability and opening hours. So from around 4 pm to 9 am the guests are left to themselves and there is no one to ask if you have questions. Also, the sofabed was terrible, with two cross steel bars that were very noticable through the mattress. Totally unacceptable, but the hotel manager could not help. The room was not cleaned, towels ...
