«Our family of 5 were well accommodated at this lovely appointed home. We had everything we needed for sleeping comfortably and making our meals. Bring salt and pepper lol. What we found to be the best part, other than its quaint charm, was the fabulous location. Mintues from the outdoor all purpose arena. And the zoo was a short 5 minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Great communication with the host. I highly recommend this place and we will return. Best regards!»

«Home was lovely. But the management was terrible. No advance contact. Non responsive through the app or to texts. There was no hot water because gas was disconnected. It was reconnected the next day, the gas company said it was shut off due to non payment. But no further response from the manager. She didn’t check on us. Didn’t send checkout information. Very limited amenities. 1 towel per person for a 3 night stay. Kitchen supplies were sparse as well. »

«Was not clean/cleaned well/hadn't been cleaned in a while. Dead bugs, spider webs, etc.....throughout the house. Had to clean the coffee table myself because it was so sticky and dirty. Furniture is all very used and in rough condition. The house is older and has been "remodeled" but the "remodel" is not great and either wasn't done well to begin with or needs to be done again. Would have gone to a hotel if we could have gotten a refund.»

The attention to so many details in every aspect of this property shines through the minute you walk through the door. «The property looked exactly like the pictures but once we arrived, all sheets and towels are on the floor. I did not look like the cleaning service had been there as we also found red stains from a red soda on the floor and the counters. There was also a random phone found in a drawer. The bathrooms were cleaning but we have to wash the sheets and towels ourselves while trying to get things set for a wedding. «The walls were dirty, the food out couch and bunks were dirty, and the bunk bed was so wobbly we did not feel safe using it. We arrived after dark and the street was pitch black and no lights were on the house, so it was uncomfortable to approach and make sure we were even at the right address. It lists a washer and dryer- they were in an exterior building and absolutely disgusting. It was extremely overpriced for the quality we encountered. »
