«New boiler was being installed the first morning. So no hot water for 2 days. And water pressure was never great. But it was very central to restaurants, groceries, and sites!»

«What worked: AC, fridge, beds What didn’t: lights, doors, staff»

«I am still waiting for refund for my booking. I have contacted property as well as Expedia many times via messages, email, and phone. Cape Hatteras is under a State of Emergency and no one will process my refund which is against the law. The roads are not accessible, and this has been declared a natural disaster by the state of North Carolina. Still waiting for replies back from all parties.»

«Poggy was the best employee of any hotel we’ve ever stayed in. He went above and beyond to insure our stay was wonderful. We will definitely return to the hotel sometime»

«Great location and the staff were lovely.»
