«I always worry about booking a place that isn't run by a Superhost, or a hotel. You never know what you walking into, and whether there is anyone who can help. We arrived at 6:30pm. Lots of day light left, so no issues finding the place, or getting in. The WiFi was down, and we needed a blanket. Called the support phone number at 7pm. The answering service took a message. At 9am the next day (after we'd left, and been on the road for an hour) we got a text asking if we still needed help. ...

«I really do hate to nit pick but just be aware this is a 2d floor unit with no elevator. The sofa and chair apoear to be patio furniture and not comfortable at all and very difficult to get up being so low to the floor. The bath tub would not enpty so stoid in dirty water to shower. Made maint. Aware and it was fixed the next. Plug for the bath room sink was hanging from a chain and look like mold on it. Not enough TP but some was brought when the tub was snaked. «The condo was very nice and was very quiet. The pool was hardly used so that, too, was usually nice and quiet. I had to ask another guest how to get to the beach from the condo but once I figured that out, it was a very short and easy walk. Very convenient access to the Ocracoke car ferry. Overall, a great place to stay!»

Had to pay for an extra day bc of lack of flexibility even though upon arrival it was quite evident most rooms were available. Never met or even saw a staff member while there. «Great location. Unit is small but nicely decorated and bright. Hinge was loose or broken on kitchen cabinet, notified property manager who quickly replied that it would be fixed when we left. Toaster oven (there is no oven) is too small and insufficient to cook with, needs to be replaced with larger unit. WIFI worked fine in living room but dropped at times and weak in bedroom, needs boosting. Would stay again.»
