«House was a good location for visiting Bryce Canyon NP and was also conveniently located near a small grocery store and a good pizza place. The owner was great about letting us check in early as my daughter was sick and needed somewhere to rest before our scheduled check in time. Would definitely recommend a stay here.»

«This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. It was easy to find and not far off the main road yet away from distractions of the world. There is a near by atv trail and it just a short drive to Bryce Canyon. It has a beautiful Kitchen but it is sparsely supplied, bring all you need even spices. The beds are fine. There isn't adequate seating, you may want to bring a lawn chair.The host is quick to communicate and expectations are clear.»

«Worked out well for our family get together. 6 adults, a 4 year old and a baby. Everyone had plenty of room. Kitchen island is tall - which I liked - but there weren’t enough chairs for all to sit on. The stamped cement floor has SERIOUS issues - falling apart throughout the place - that should be fixed. Also, the place is not finished with construction - but that did not affect our stay. We had a great time at this VRBO in Hatch, UT. We would go back!!»

«We had a great time staying at this property. I was very clean and decorated beautifully. It was also spacious and filled with everything you would need in a kitchen. The views were spectacular and the proximity to hiking at red canyon and Bryce are convenient. Wish the property had central air and some grass but opening the windows made is just fine. We happened to stay on a very windy weekend but sitting on back porch blocked the wind. I wish we could have explored around a little more. ...

«Staff minimal friendliness. The room was cute and quaint. It was not correctly made. It was built downwards so I would be running to the sink and climbing back up to the bed. Road noise minimal but the mini fridge was going to walk away. Sink was hooked up backwards; hot/cold. I just wanted to try out these type of cabins but I would not do it again.»

«The hotel looked much worse from the outside. It is an old building that has seen better days although it’s quite close to Bryce Canyon. The property was overgrown with weeds and the front door handle was held together with duct tape. Road noise was constant and loud. However the room was quite comfortable and clean, with lots of towels provided. Internet was strong. No breakfast was offered although there was coffee available in the lobby.»
