Hoteller i Hasfield

«Room was very clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Excellent meals and friendly helpful staff, Nice views over the golf course though not being a golf player I can't comment on the quality of the course, but it looked well maintained with the help of robotic lawn mowers. Swimming pool was pleasant to use and at good temperature. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay at this Hotel.»

«Sjarmerende hotell midt i byen og ved kanalen. Hyggelig personale og god frokost. Rommet var stort og fint medutsikt mot kanalen, men dessverre så det ut som renholderen hadde hatt det travelt. Det var gjenglemt papir og rask, samt mye støv i krokene og på ting i rommet. Stor edderkopp i vinduskarmen og masse edderkoppspinn på viduene som ikke var rengjort på lang tid. Sengen var veldig komfortabel.»

«Ok hotel for the price, quiet and clean. »

«Our stay at this hotel with only 8 rooms was great! Lovely rooms and a very good breakfast served in the morning. Charming to live in 1000 year old house with a lot of history. And the owners gave great service! Will for sure stay again if we go back to Tewkesbury.»

«Room was cold. Very dated. Mattress uncomfortable. Bathroom was freezing, dirty and rundown. Shower rubbish Service friendly. Breakfast lovely»

«Spotlessly clean hotel and everything thought about, would definitely stay again»

«There was no hot water in my room, i had to take an ice cold shower in the morning. Staff supposedly knew about it when I checked in :(»

«Good sized room and bathroom. No safe in the room and on the second morning, housekeeping didn't shut the door properly so anyone could have just wandered in. I'd booked room only so can't comment on breakfast. A pleasant stay, however and location is perfect.»

«Paid full price for a different room. It looks nothing like the advertised pictures. When we complained, a staff member named Fahim was incredibly rude, dismissive, and non-apologetic. He refused to help, claimed they just have "different suites," and aggressively told us to take it up with Expedia. Shocking customer service. Avoid. Moreover it impacted my children's travel plan as they choose the suite and found it to be only a room.l, which they call suite.»

«Our luxury double room was spacious, clean and kept clean by staff each day. The only comment we would make was that the continental breakfast was not exciting and therefore somewhat disappointing for my wife who does not eat the cooked option.»

«Lovely spacious room with large en-suite. Very clean with water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Lovely little extra were the complimentary chocolates and sweets. Breakfast was excellent, excellent options, I had the Avocado on toast with poached eggs which was delicious and coffee was also good quality. Would highly recommend this hotel. Was great value.»

«The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and with all the expected amenities. There were no staff on site (the key is left in a lock box). I stayed on Monday night, the restaurant is closed on Mondays (hence no interaction with staff). Unfortunately, I did not sleep very well at all due to the loudness of a generator which kept me awake all night. It felt as if I was sleeping inside a helicopter. I left the room early in the morning because I was fed up with the noise and I had ...

«The hotel is fine. The aircon was great (heatwave when we were there). Good room with a fridge, so in general happy with the room. We didn't go to the spa, so I don't know how that is. We did however have dinner at the restaurant one night. The service was so bad and the food was ok-ish, when we got what we ordered. We had to go find someone to order drinks and ask for water, and we tried to make contact with the waiters a long time. The cutlery was also dirty. We saw several other tables ...

«We really enjoyed our stay. I was a little surprised that the faucet in the bathroom was very loose, as was the toilet tissue roll holder. Not a big deal, but had me question attention to detail.»

«Vakkert gammelt hotell i grønne og landlige omgivelser. Rommene er rene og hyggelige og maten er god. Jeg anbefaler hotellet for dem som vil ha rolige, vakre omgivelser. Det er langt til nærmeste butikk eller restaurant. »
