This level also includes a convenient first-floor bedroom with two twin-sized beds. Upstairs, the second level hosts the three remaining bedrooms, all equipped with A/C units for cool comfort. The primary room offers a King-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms provide excellent flexibility for families: one has two twin beds, and the largest room features three twin beds. A second full bath with a tub/shower is also located on this floor.

Outdoor living is a delight with a spacious backyard, perfect for family fun and games. A large patio with outdoor furniture and a gas grill is ready for summer cookouts. And, of course, the outdoor shower is essential for rinsing off after a day at the beach!
