«Everything was clean and neat. Host was responsive. Area was convenient. The kitchen had all the utensils, dishes and cooking supplies necessary for simple meals. We enjoyed dining outside on the deck. The AC worked OK as needed. They provided a fan in the bedroom which we placed at the door to suck in the cool air. We did have ocassional issues with the outside door keypad but just went around the front if we couldn't get it to open.»

«Place was as described in a desirable location. Everything worked and there was plenty of kitchen and housewares.»

«Condo was very clean and on 2nd floor overlooking James St. No elevator. While there are 2 doors for the building, the code to get into the building only works on the back door (safety? Or we did it wrong) and not the front door on James St.Basic simple amenities- providing only what was needed which was totally fine for us. Could have used an additional blanket for the bed. We could’ve taken a blanket from the other bedroom—-we just turned up heat instead. There are working smoke detectors ...

«Great location. Clean and comfortable. Host communicated well.»

«House was very nice and location was great! Everything was very clean and fully stocked. The basement had a nice seating area for movies and an air hockey table! Location was close to dune town and Silver lake sand dunes.»

«The location couldn't be better! We enjoyed the fireworks on the dunes for on the 4th. Beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the water, sand, sun, and just being together. The owner is quick to respond to any questions and take care of any issue. We definitely recommend this vacation rental.»
