A few steps lead down into the kitchen/diner, a wonderfully bright area with a large skylight, wide windows and patio doors framing views of the garden. The kitchen is well stocked for self-catering, while a breakfast bar and dining table create space for morning coffee or shared meals. The first bedroom sits slightly elevated up a few steps and includes a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and device connections for added convenience. Bedroom two has versatile zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as either a super-king or two singles, along with its own Smart TV. The contemporary shower room is finished to a high standard and includes a generous walk-in shower with a stylishly tiled seat.

Outside at the rear, the enclosed garden is built into the hillside, where natural rock forms an attractive backdrop.
